These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at dotsight.ai(the “Site”) and any access you may have to the Dotsight private preview, operated by Dotsight, Inc. (“Dotsight,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site today

The Site is currently a pre-launch marketing page for an upcoming live-production platform. It does not yet host a product, accept payment, or transmit live video. Features, copy, and pricing described on the Site are provisional and may change before launch.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site if:

  • You are at least 16 years old, and
  • You can form a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction.

If you are joining the waitlist on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for service or guarantee access to the product. We may invite waitlist members to the private preview at our discretion, in any order, and we may decline to invite anyone for any lawful reason. Information you submit through the waitlist form is handled per our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information through the waitlist form
  • Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that contains malware
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, spam protection, authentication, or other technical measures
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract content beyond what a normal browser would request
  • Probe, test, or scan for vulnerabilities without our written permission
  • Use the Site to compete with us or to build a competing product

Good-faith security research is welcome. Please coordinate with us at info@dotsight.ai before testing.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (including the Dotsight name, logo, copy, designs, illustrations, and source code) are owned by Dotsight, Inc. or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except that you may briefly quote from the Site for journalism or commentary with attribution.

The brand assets (logo lockup, wordmark, mark) are trademarks of Dotsight, Inc. and may not be used without permission.

6. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Site or the upcoming product, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose, without obligation to you.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for them. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dotsight, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless dotsight from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or remove your waitlist entry, at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, feedback, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Site or product evolves. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
